How To Housetrain Adult Maltese?
Posted by: | CommentsI adopted two brothers-nine years old, their owner died. Owner’s granddaughter swears they are house-trained.
These two REFUSE to go out into the rain. Often have accidents on nice days. They were using a newspaper but now are just going all over the house. They were never in a crate before so I don’t know if I should invest in one (or two, in my case).
I take them out just after eating, first thing in the a.m., every 2 hours during the day. If they go, I praise and give a treat. Doesn’t seem to stop them from going five minutes later on my good rug. They have been checked by the vet and are healthy.
Please don’t refer me to a website that wants money. A book I can get at the library, sure. I will not put down money on a website. If you want to recommend a person in the Chicago area, that’s fine too.

Chicago area. I have been here 11yrs. I’ve been in this department 7yrs and i have never been in a more high schoolish department in my life. more bck stabbing and gossipping than i have ever seen. I hate to come to work it is not a day that there is not drama. I don’t do clicks for i stay to myself but people worry about others and their work than themselve.
How can i cope with out quitting i have so much invested and i love my job and my benefits are good but the enviorment is killing my spirit.

I Am Considering Investing In “gutter Toppers” For My Home. Has Anyone Else Done This?
Posted by: | CommentsThe system is meant to guard against debris, snow and ice from building in the gutters. I have a two story home in the Chicago area of about 175 ft.of gutters. They are asking just under $3,000 including discounts if we act this week. Thus we don’t have time for another in home estimate from a competitor. They have a Good Housekeeping Seal and seem to be reputable but it is hard to be certain. Has anyone invested in a system such as this? Is this a reasonable price? Thanks for any feedback.
