		<p>The U.S. economy grew faster than initially thought in the fourth quarter as businesses drew down inventories at a much slower pace and boosted investment, a government report showed on Friday. As goes the nation, so goes the Boise real estate market, so this news is good to local industry insiders.</p>
<p>In its second reading of fourth-quarter gross domestic product, the Commerce Department said the economy grew at a 5.9% annual rate, rather than the 5.7% pace it estimated last month. It was still the fastest pace since the third quarter of 2003. Posting an impressive 2.2% increase, the third quarter led all to date. If we go back to the 2003 number the Boise real estate market would be on solid footing.</p>
<p>Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast GDP, which measures total goods and services output within U.S. borders, growing at a 5.7% rate in the October-December period. While the economy rebounded strongly in the second half of 2009 from the worst downturn since the 1930s, data so far suggests the rapid rate of acceleration slowed somewhat in the first quarter of 2010. Even thought consumer spending and the housing markets were down, the fact that businesses increased investment in software and equipment helped add some steadiness to the economy and allowed business to liquidate bloated inventories. Being part of the fabric of the national economy, Boise real estate definitely had similar results.</p>
<p>Stripping out inventories, the economy expanded at an annual rate of 1.9%, rather than the 2.2% pace estimated last month, indicating growth was not being driven by demand. Inventory sales amounts were alarmingly reduced from $33.5 billion to around $16.9 billion in the final quarter. They dropped $139.2 billion in the July-September period. The inventory changes alone were responsible for a 3.88% difference in GDP. This was the biggest percentage contribution since the fourth quarter of 1987. Inventory reductions by construction materials company had a sizable effect of Boise real estate too.</p>
<p>As a whole, the year 2009 featured the most dramatic decrease in GDP, at 2.4%, since the post World War II recovery of 1946. Toward the end of 2009, consumer spending had to be reduced from the projected 2% to 1.7% in consumer spending. Although offset soon afterward, the &#8220;cash for clunkers&#8221; program drove GDP, by stimulating consumption, up by a respectable 2.8%. A huge block of our economy normally comes from consumer spending, around 70%, but in the fourth quarter of 2009 it only added a minuscule 1.23%. In such a financial crisis, the Boise real estate market is not independent of the national trends.</p>
<p>Businesses continued to invest in equipment and necessary software at such a rate that the commercial real estate slump was not a cause of negative number in the Gross Domestic Product in the fourth quarter. Business investment rose at a 6.5% rate, much faster than the 2.9% pace estimated last month. In the preceding three months, it had slid by about 5.9%. With an anticipated increase of 5.7% for the fourth quarter, the construction numbers were a bit of a disappointment when they came in at 5%. Posting an increase of just under 19% in the third quarter, there was quite a disparity between quarters. Contributing a .3% increase in GDP, imports and exports were significantly stronger in the fourth quarter than previously anticipated. In the Boise real estate industry, the GDP and other market factors are closely watched.</p>

		<p>Businesses increased investment, helping out GDP, and the economy grew at a 5.9% interest helping reinforce the idea that the recession is coming to an end. Based on this good news, the Boise real estate market will be buoyed by the gains in economy.</p>
<p>It was estimated that Gross Domestic Product would increase at a clip of 5.7%, instead it grew at a rate of 5.9% according to the Commerce Department, based on fourth quarter financial numbers. Not since summer of 2003 have we seen such a rapid pace of growth in GDP. The fastest quarter was the third quarter which posted a robust 2.2% growth rate. Adding these contributing factors in with local ones, will help stabilize the Boise real estate market.</p>
<p>Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast GDP, which measures total goods and services output within U.S. borders, growing at a 5.7% rate in the October-December period. Not since the Great Depression of the 1930&#8217;s has the country seen this bad of a downturn, and it seemed like we were emerging in 2009 with the latter half of that year posting impressive numbers, but that has tailed off quite a bit in the initial months of 2010. A sharp brake in the pace at which businesses liquidated inventories combined with increased spending on equipment and software to boost growth in the fourth quarter, offsetting lackluster consumer spending and residential investment. Being part of the fabric of the national economy, Boise real estate definitely had similar results.</p>
<p>Demand remains low as indicated by the reduction in actual growth of 1.9% from the projected growth of 2.2%, which reduced inventories and brought some balance back. Inventory values were adjusted down from $33.5 billion initially, to $16.9 in the fourth quarter. There was a signification reduction from July to September of $139 billion. The Gross Domestic Product was increased by 3.88% simply by the difference in inventory in that quarter. Since 1987, inventories had not influenced GDP in such a substantial way. With so many suppliers eliminating excess inventory, builders in the Boise real estate market were helped out.</p>
<p>In fact, since 1946 there not been such a dramatic shrinkage in the economy as the 2.4% drop recently. Toward the end of 2009, consumer spending had to be reduced from the projected 2% to 1.7% in consumer spending. Although offset soon afterward, the &#8220;cash for clunkers&#8221; program drove GDP, by stimulating consumption, up by a respectable 2.8%. Previously reliable consumer spending levels, usually adding about 70% of GDP, was much lower than normal, adding only 1.23% to the nations GDP. The Boise real estate market has shared in the impact of the national financial crisis.</p>
<p>Businesses continued to invest in equipment and necessary software at such a rate that the commercial real estate slump was not a cause of negative number in the Gross Domestic Product in the fourth quarter. With business investment being much higher than the projected 2.9%, at 6.5% actually, improvement is on the way. In the preceding three months, it had slid by about 5.9%. Spending on new home construction grew at a slower 5% rate in the fourth quarter, instead of 5.7% estimated last month. Posting an increase of just under 19% in the third quarter, there was quite a disparity between quarters. The fourth quarter closed out with imports and exports showing stronger growth than expected, and contributing a .3% gain for the GDP, according to data sources. With GDP factoring in to nearly every facet of business, Boise real estate is not independent.</p>

		<p>Engulfing candlestick pattern is a double stick pattern. Double stick candlestick patterns do not appear frequently but when they do appear, it can mean a trend reversal is about to take place. Spotting a trend reversal before it happens is something that can be highly profitable in trading.</p>
<p>Now two stick candlestick patterns are more complex. It takes two trading days for the two sticks to form on the daily charts. On the first day if you find a two stick pattern forming, you will have to wait for the end of the second trading day for confirmation. Most of the time, it will happen that you find the pattern forming on the first day. But on the second day, your hopes get dashed when the pattern fizzles out and there is no trading signal for you!</p>
<p>There are trend continuation patterns and trend reversal patterns. An Engulfing Candlestick Pattern is a very important trading signal about the reversal of a trend. Two stick patterns are rare! However, it doesn&#8217;t mean that these two stick candlestick patterns do not form at all. They do! But don&#8217;t frequently. So if are able to spot a two stick pattern correctly, you can make a highly profitable trade.</p>
<p>Bullish Engulfing Candlestick Pattern is formed when the first day candle is completely covered by the body of the second day candle. The first day candle is bullish. The second day trading starts with an open lower than the previous day.</p>
<p>Thus indicating that the bears are still in control but soon these bears are overcome by the bulls. Selling is soon reversed by the emergence of buying. Infact so much buying takes place that both the previous days open and high both are surpassed.</p>
<p>On the other hand, in case of the bearish engulfing pattern on the first day, the bulls are in control of the market. However, on the second day or the signal day, the bears have had enough. Sellers or short sellers think that the price has gone too high and it is the time to take profit and exit. They start selling in large numbers.</p>
<p>A massive chain reaction starts in the market. Everyone wants to sell and sell quick. The second day bearish candle covers the first day bullish candle meaning that bears have taken hold of the market and uptrend is reversing itself.</p>
<p>Never ever trade without putting the stop loss because nothing is 100% certain in trading. A candlestick pattern has to be confirmed by the subsequent price action on the following days. Now, the most important thing for any trader is where to place the stop loss. In case of a bullish engulfing candlestick pattern, place ths top loss on the low of the first day to be on the safe side. And in case of a bearish engulfing pattern, place the stop loss near the open of the second or signal day. This way even if the pattern is not confirmed with the subsequent price action, you are on the safe side. Happy trading!</p>
